I tried it last week and although this wont be my daily meal plan it may be a treat once a week from now on as it made me a lot more cheery.:)
I tried this a couple of months ago, my friend and I. It was great!
Haha. I tend to fast for most of the day and only have 1-2 meals. I think this would kill me off if I had that many meals 😂
so true! 😂 my teenage kids would love this idea though but it would be a case of complete larder clearout like with Thorin and the lads!🤪🤣
Hobbit based meals would be a cool idea too. Think about what they would have - no chocolate, sorry chocolate lovers! But cakes and pastries are fine :) - chocolate pastries :0 :)
I feel like Tolkien made dinner and supper separate just to jab at that practice being obsolete.
Maybe
I must decline this challenge. I spent the last six months on a weight loss plan, and I have been quite successful. Taking up this challenge would undo all my progress.
Health is more important than any challenges
This is great! I'm going to try this for a week. I'll just make sure that what I eat is healthy and my portions equal what I would normally eat in 3 meals. No need to overeat.
More small meals is actually medically proven to be healthier than fewer big meals.
@Thorondor But Hobbits are like Dwarves a bit, they like big meals as often as they can 😀
Hahaha! If you had caught me with this forty years ago, I'd have taken up your challenge but, these days I think I'll just stick to Afternoon Tea with maybe either a small slice of one of Goldberry's delicious pies, or one of Beorn's honey nut cakes that Bilbo liked so much. 😋
