Glamdring. Epic sword, single-blade allows you to use your hand for blocks.
I've always imagined Glamdring as double-edged, as it appears in the films, though perhaps not as long. The Hobbit movies show Orcrist as a single-edged sword, but I don't care for that design.
I personally think you can do all the same stuff as a two-edged sword with only one blade, but you have the added capability to use the blunt end for your own advantage.
A single-edged sword is more suitable for slashing than for stabbing. A double-edged blade is better for penetrating armor.
I guess it would have to be the Evenstar - Arwen's necklace - but then that's pretty obvious from my point of view!😁 Otherwise, I'd be quite happy to wield Gandalf's staff - the white of course!!

Can anyone tell me whatthe mame of the song that Pipen did in the last LOR
Pippin's song in The Return of the King was called "Edge of Night". That's a bit off-topic though. You should have started a new thread.
Billy Boyd also performed "The Last Goodbye" for the end credits for The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies.
